I keep coming back to this hotel. The staff is helpful, they even showed me where to exchange money. It suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar, and a restaurant. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

the room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. We appreciated the friendly staff who assisted us in every way possible with their expertise. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and croissants provided by the lady at the reception desk when we missed breakfast on the first day. the nearby pizzeria restaurant across the street offered delicious meals that we enjoyed for two nights.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a beautiful area with stunning scenery and a surprisingly thriving village. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable walk to the center of town. The breakfast offered was great, and the hotel's parking and transportation were convenient.
Cannot find any fault with this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Chiavenna and had a great experience. we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful location in a garden setting.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel situated on a busy road with no soundproof windows. the room was outdated, had old furniture, and did not resemble the stylish rooms shown on the website. the beds were basic and seemed to be for children. We didn't receive any information about the pool, and the breakfast was basic and didn't taste very nice. the hotel staff was helpful but rather brusque. We don't recommend staying here due to the lack of comfort and amenities.
The hotel lacked comfort and amenities.

We enjoyed the excellent private parking facilities and the lovely swimming pool offered by the hotel. The surrounding town was charming and had a lot of nice places to explore within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed during our romantic escape.
The breakfast offered was below our expectations, mostly consisting of pre-packaged items and lacking variety. , some staff members had difficulty communicating in English which made it challenging to receive clear instructions or information.
